GSP Systems was founded by Matty Costello who is one of the most experienced strength coaches in Ireland. Over more than 10 years Matty has developed a training system that can be used by athletes of all levels to achieve their strength training goals.

GSP training system was initially developed for strength sports and has helped him coach some of the top powerlifting and strongman athletes in the country.

Matty has coached athletes including 4 times Irelands Strongest Woman and World Strongest Woman Master Ayshea Ullah, Irelands Strongest Man Competitor Cillein Groom, who have now both become GSP System coaches, Matty also coaches internationally competitive powerlifters, Liam Mellows Senior Hurling Team and more.

As an athlete, Matty has broken Irish powerlifting records including being the first junior to squat 300kg in Irish Powerlifting history and competed at Europes Strongest Man in the U105 weight class.
