This competition is ideal for first-timer and beginner males to strongman to gain experience before taking the leap into bigger and heavier competitions, please do not enter if you have competed in strongman a lot already, however, if you are coming from another strength sport (such as powerlifting, CrossFit, weightlifting, etc) and want to get a taste of strongman you are more than welcome to enter!
We will be running three categories on the day
1) Under 90kg
2) Over 90kg
3) Master - 40 years of age or older on the day of the competition

2) Deadlift for reps
U90/Masters - 140kg
O90kg - 160kg
3) Sandbag carry for max distance
U90/Masters - 70kg
O90kg - 90kg
4) Farmers hold for time
U90/Masters - 75kg per arm
O90kg - 90kg per arm
