Single competition entry for event 1 of the Irish Strongman League.

- Bonus category for event 1: Beginners Strongman (not part of the overall league)
This beginner category is an entry level event, with events selected to be easier to train for if kit access is limited, it's ideal for first-timer and beginner males to strongman to gain experience before taking the leap into bigger and heavier competitions, please do not enter if you have competed in strongman a lot already, however, if you are coming from another strength sport (such as powerlifting, CrossFit, weightlifting, etc) and want to get a taste of strongman you are more than welcome to enter!

Class 2: 70/90kg for reps - 1 rep of heavier option trumps any amount of light
2) Deadlift for reps
Class 1: 220/260kg - 1 rep of heavier option trumps any amount of light
Class 2: 180/220kg- 1 rep of heavier option trumps any amount of light
3) Super Yolk 10+10m
Class 1: 270kg
Class 2: 220kg
4) Farmers Walk 10+10+10m
Class 1: 120kg
Class 2: 100kg
5) Atlas Stones
Class 1: Last man standing 90/100/120/140/160/180
Class 2: Last man standing 80/90/100/120/140/160
Everyone in your category will line up and do 1 rep of of the first stone, you go to the back of the line, then onto the next and so on. You'll get 15s to complete the rep, once you miss a stone you are out. You're lift will then be record as the last stone you completed, no different to any other max type lift. The athlete sitting last going into the event will be first out, second last will be second out and so on, up to the leader who will be last on each stone.
