On Saturday, November 15th, the best of you’ve earned your place among the top 6 athletes from your league! Class 1 and Class 2 from both Ireland and Scotland will meet in Dublin for the ultimate showdown.
The final takes place at Erin’s Isle GAA Club, Finglas, Dublin, kicking off at 12:00 PM sharp. This is your chance to represent your league, fly your nation’s flag, and battle head-to-head against the strongest from across the water.
Only 12 athletes per class will take the stage — 6 from Ireland, 6 from Scotland — you must qualify for this competition, do not enter if you have not qualified.
1) Max Log Press
- 3 Attempts, rising bar
2) Kratos DL with bumpers for reps
Class 2: 200kg
Class1: 250kg
- No suits, straps allowed, no baby powder, 60s time limit
3) Bag Toss over 4.1m
Class 2: 12/14/16/18/20
Class 1: 14/16/18/20/22
- 45s time limit
4) Farmers walk, no drops between start and finish lines
Class 1: 125kg
Class 2: 100kg
- 60s time limit, no straps, 10m track
5) Sandball dash, carry, load for reps
Class 1: 120kg
Class 2: 100kg
- 60s time limit, 10m track, loading over 4ft
- Start at yoke, run 10m, pick up sandball, run to yoke and load for reps
