This is your Official Strongman sanctioned qualifying route to OSG 2025Ā 
The best weight class and Master strongmen in Ireland will gather in GSP Gym, Galway City on March 16th to do battle for the Irish title & represent Ireland at Britains, Europeans and World Strongest Man U80/90/105kg & Masters 2024Ā 
The top 3 from each category will qualify for Britain's, the winner of each category will also qualify for Europe's and Worlds.

90s/Masters - 275/225kg
105s - 300/250kg
- Suits and straps allowed
- One rep of heavy option trumps any amount of lighter
- 60s time limit
3) Duck walk 10m(5+5m) to Power stairs 3 steps
80s - 150 into 180kg
90s/Masters - 160 into 190kg
105s - 170 into 200kg
- 5+5m duck walk on first implement and move into second implement for power stairs.
- 60s time limit
4) Farmers hold for max time - no straps
80s - 110
90s/Masters - 120
105s - 130
- Time starts when weight is locked out and stops when first implement touches the floor.
5) Bag carry for distanceĀ
80s - 110
90s/Masters - 120
105s - 130
- 75s time limit
- Must be carried to front of body, no shouldering.
All athletes competing in this event must have Official Strongman membership, failing to get your membership will mean you cannot compete in this competition!
